Career:

Peter has held various positions, including Key Account Manager, National Production Manager, Sales & Marketing Manager, and General Manager at Cheetham Salt.  

Prior to joining Cheetham Salt, Peter worked in the animal feed industry for CopRice, Riverina Australia, and Ridley Corporation, and has extensive experience across site operations, export development, sales and marketing, and technical services.

Eric Tai

Chief Financial Officer

Career: 

Eric joined Cheetham Salt as Commercial Finance Manager in 2015 and was appointed Group General Manager Finance in April 2022.

Prior to joining Cheetham Salt, Eric worked in range of commercial and finance roles across multiple industries sectors including manufacturing, FMCG and automotive. Eric is a strategic leader with a passion for stakeholder engagement and helping organisations perform at their best.

John Varcoe

Career:

John is an experienced executive having managed functional areas relating to quality, safety, sustainability and people. Prior to joining Cheetham Salt, John was an owner and MD of a sizeable consultancy and training company and has also held senior leadership roles with Coles Group and was also Technical Director for George Weston Foods.
