Our High Standards
Leveraging our years of expertise, Cheetham Salt has developed technology to produce high-quality, clean salt. We produce our salt in Australia using natural solar evaporation of sea or lake water. Our salt is harvested, washed, dried, sized and packed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice, under a quality system that complies with ISO 9001.
Microfine
This fine powdered salt is translucent to white opaque. It can be combined with an anticaking agent.
FG Premium
This salt grade is a refined salt with a fine powdery texture. It is a versatile product that can be combined with optional free flow additives.
Super Fine
These fine powdery crystals are in wide use because they are the perfect size for consistent mixing with other fine granular ingredients. Super Fine salt is a great popular grain that can be iodised or combined with an anti-cake additive.
Premium
This medium fine granulated salt is one of the highest sodium chloride salt grades (99.80%).
Flossy
This salt grade is a translucent to white solid and has a texture of medium granules. It is one of highest sodium chloride salt grades (99.4%) and it can be iodised.
Sea Salt Flakes
This product is naturally evaporated sea salt that is recrystallised under controlled conditions to produce flakes. It is translucent to white solid and has a soft, crumbly texture.
Washed Coarse Salt
This salt grade is a translucent to white solid, with a mixture of coarse to fine crystals.
Refined Coarse
This salt grade is a translucent to white solid and has a texture of coarse crystals. It can be iodised.
Watersoftener
This salt grade is a translucent to white solid, with extra coarse crystals.
